7 Apr 2006 - Art Club Produce Masterpieces!

Mrs Crawshaw's Art Club have produced these fantastic silk print pictures. Emma has explained how it was done:

"Firstly we drew a sea scene omn a piece of plain paper. Then we traced it to a piece of bondaweb. After that we got a warm iron to glue the bondaweb to the silk. Thirdly we went over the lines in a silver pen. We then painted the fabric with silk paint and went over the lines with clear gutta which is a kind of glue. After that we sprinkled it with salt and let them dry. Finally we took off the backing and glued it on the card."
