5 May 2006 - What A Match!

It was a case of hard-luck Wainstalls as our rugby team battled valiantly against Cross Lane Elland in the sunshine on Friday. Working incredibly hard in energy-sapping heat, our team just missed out in a titanic 11-9 battle. Every member of the school rugby club represented Wainstalls for at least part of the match and it was great to see so many girls as well as boys getting stuck in. Well done to everyone who took part and we are looking forward to playing Cross Lane again soon.
